Calçoted

Dare to enjoy it with your family and friends

A calçotada It is a traditional gastronomic festival that has its origin in the lands of Alt Camp de Tarragona and in Valls. It is one of the most entrenched typical customs in Catalonia, where the friends and family gather to grill the famous calçots. These are days when people gather and cook together, they celebrate around the table between talks, tradition, and fun.

A good calçotada is the ideal time to celebrate a good time with our family and / or friends. And the most surprising thing is that to enjoy the calçots you have to forget about rules, Eat with your hands, get stained and have fun.

They are usually eaten outdoors surrounded by the good temperature that we enjoy at the central hours of the day. In SolRic we serve the calçots on our large terrace surrounded by nature and history.
